We are thrilled to share some exciting news from our South Bend district office! Effective February 2, 2026, Josh Wolfinger will be stepping into his new role as Service Supervisor.
Since joining our team in December 2021, Josh has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a dedicated professional. His promotion is not just a milestone for his career, but a testament to the hard work and technical excellence he brings to our clients and his colleagues every single day.
Josh has become an indispensable part of our South Bend operations. His recent recognition as Technician of the Month was a clear indicator of his trajectory within the company. He doesn't just "do the job"—he looks for ways to improve it. Whether he’s managing major accounts like Notre Dame, overseeing the Sentricon program, or handling complex heat treatments and ULV applications, Josh’s attention to detail is second to none.
What sets Josh apart is his well-rounded background. By working across both residential and commercial sectors, he has developed a versatile skill set that allows him to tackle any challenge. He is also a champion for safety and professionalism, placing a high priority on the maintenance of our equipment and vehicle fleet to ensure we always show up ready to perform at the highest level.
Beyond his technical skills, Josh is a mentor. He takes immense pride in sharing his knowledge with the rest of the team, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and collective success.
