Team Spotlight: Congratulating Mark Moritz, Cincinnati’s New District Manager!
At Rose Pest Solutions, exceptional service begins with exceptional people. Behind every protected home and business is a dedicated team member committed to doing the right thing for our neighbors.
We are proud to share that Mark Moritz has been promoted to District Manager of our Cincinnati office, effective November 1st, 2026!
A Proven Commitment to Exceptional Service
Mark’s journey with Rose began in July 2022 as a Service Technician in our Metro Detroit West office, managing large commercial routes across Detroit’s Downriver communities. Right from the start, he set a high bar for reliability, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
When our Cincinnati branch needed extra hands in 2024, Mark stepped forward without hesitation. For months, he traveled back and forth to support our technicians and ensure our southern Ohio clients received uninterrupted, high-quality care. During that time, he developed a genuine connection to the Cincinnati community.
By October 2024, Mark stepped into the role of Service Supervisor in Cincinnati. In that leadership role, he focused on mentoring our local technicians, upholding rigorous standards, and ensuring every service visit delivered lasting peace of mind.
Life Outside the Field
When he is not in the field supporting our team and clients, Mark stays on the move:
-
Proud Dad: He is the father of three energetic kids
-
Competitive Athlete: Mark competes on a professional paintball team in the National Xball League (NXL), bringing the same sharp focus, communication, and teamwork from the field into his leadership at Rose.
What This Means for Our Cincinnati Neighbors
As District Manager, Mark will lead our Cincinnati branch with a continued focus on responsive communication, eco-conscious pest solutions, and thorough care for residential and commercial clients alike.
His promotion reflects Rose's core values: integrity, hard work, and a commitment to protecting health and property.
