This past year, the Steubenville, OH, district office has operated under the watchful eye of the Cleveland office and Joe Flood. We have been pleased with the direction of the Steubenville office under the leadership of Glenn Mattern, and because of that, starting in 2026, Steubenville will be operating as its own District Office under the leadership of its newly appointed District Manager, Glenn Mattern
