Paula Nowak Promoted to K9 Division Manager

Celebrating Paula Nowak’s Promotion to K9 Division Manager

We are proud to announce Paula Nowak's promotion to K9 Division Manager at Rose Pest Solutions, effective January 1, 2027. With deep canine expertise and a proven leadership track record, Paula is the perfect fit to lead our K9 operations into the future.

A Decade of Excellence at Rose

Paula officially joined the Rose family in 2012 as a canine handler in our Cincinnati/Columbus territory. She immediately made an impact, successfully turning around a challenging dog named Rosie. Paula and Rosie quickly built strong, trusting relationships with our clients and local districts. Her hard work and dedication led to her promotion in 2017 to K9 Supervisor for western Michigan. Paula has consistently demonstrated exceptional canine knowledge, superior client relations, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards across our K9 operations.

Deep Roots in Canine Training

Paula’s unparalleled expertise comes from a lifelong dedication to working with dogs. Before joining Rose, she served as a Dog Trainer and Field Trainer for Invisible Fence across Ohio and Michigan, where she provided specialized training, client education, and field support, while also troubleshooting complex canine behaviors. Additionally, Paula successfully ran her own independent dog training business, Miami Valley Dog Training, in Oxford, Ohio, specializing in private lessons.

Looking Ahead

Current K9 Division Manager Terry Giffin will continue to serve through December 31st, working closely alongside Paula over the coming months to ensure a seamless transition for our team and clients. When she isn't working with our amazing canines, Paula enjoys home renovation projects, strength training, creative pursuits, and spending quality time with her husband and family pets.

Please join us in congratulating Paula on this exciting and well-deserved promotion!
