Leadership Spotlight: Isaiah Marks, Grand Rapids’ Next District Manager
We are proud to announce the promotion of Isaiah Marks to District Manager of our Grand Rapids office, effective January 1st, 2027!
Isaiah will succeed current District Manager Dave Popp, who will work alongside Isaiah over the coming months to ensure a seamless transition for our team, clients, and community.

Over a Decade of Hands-On Expertise
Isaiah joined the Grand Rapids branch in 2012 as a swing technician before taking on a dedicated Home Services route, followed by a permanent commercial route.
His versatility and attention to technical detail led to his promotion to District Supervisor in 2015, where he supervised special commercial fumigation operations.
Over the years, Isaiah has remained committed to advancing his technical expertise, achieving the credential of Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) and completing the intensive two-year TRNZ4M Evolve YT leadership development program.
Rooted in Business and Community
Before entering the pest management industry, Isaiah was a small business owner. That entrepreneurial background, paired with a solid foundation in finance, gives him a well-rounded perspective on running efficient operations and delivering dependable client service.
Outside of Rose, Isaiah and his wife have three daughters and manage a local dance studio.
Continuing Our Standard of Care in West Michigan
From residential pest prevention to specialized commercial pest management, Grand Rapids residents and business owners depend on reliable, science-backed solutions. With deep roots in the area and over a decade of field experience, Isaiah is prepared to lead our Grand Rapids team, delivering the responsive service our clients expect.
Congratulations to Isaiah and a big thank you to Dave Popp for his years of service to our Grand Rapids district!
