We are happy to announce the promotion of Cliff Huff to Director of Sales, effective November 1st, 2026.
A Career Built From the Ground Up
Cliff’s journey at Rose exemplifies what it means to lead through hands-on experience. He joined our team in 2014 as a Service Technician, working in the field to protect local homes and complex commercial facilities—including food processing plants and distribution hubs that require strict AIB and SQF audit standards.
Having that technical foundation means Cliff doesn’t just understand sales strategy; he understands the biology of pests, the realities of treatment protocols, and the exact challenges our technicians solve on-site every day.

Over the past decade, Cliff has served our clients in multiple capacities:

Residential Specialist (2016): Serving homeowners across 19 Mid-Michigan counties, Cliff focused on building long-term relationships, delivering dependable pest solutions, and ensuring families felt safe and supported in their homes.

Commercial Account Leadership (2018–Present): Transitioning to commercial sales and later serving as Senior Account Manager in our Saginaw District, Cliff partnered with business owners to design robust, audit-ready Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs that protect brand reputations and public health.

Consistent Excellence: Reflecting his client-first dedication, Cliff has earned President’s Club honors every single year of his sales career and is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Ron Hornburg Salesperson of the Year Award.
Empowering the Next Generation
Beyond his client work, Cliff has dedicated significant time to mentoring and developing fellow team members. From creating comprehensive internal training resources to hosting a company sales education podcast, he has worked tirelessly to equip our team with the technical knowledge, empathy, and problem-solving skills necessary to serve our clients best.
In his new role as Director of Sales, Cliff will oversee our commercial and residential sales teams across all districts, ensuring that every solution we recommend is rooted in technical expertise, transparency, and care.
