Celebrating Joe Flood’s Promotion to Saginaw District Manager

We are thrilled to announce that Joe Flood has been promoted to Saginaw District Manager at Rose Pest Solutions, effective January 1, 2027. A dedicated member of the Rose family for nearly two decades, Joe is bringing his extensive leadership experience and unwavering commitment to customer service back to the Saginaw community.

A Rose Pest Solutions Veteran

Joe’s journey with us began in 2007 as a Summer Intern at our Metro North office, where he quickly learned the ropes across our various service lines. In 2008, he brought his talents to the Saginaw office as a summer mosquito technician. Over the next several years, Joe’s strong work ethic propelled him through the ranks in Saginaw, advancing to Service Technician, Municipal Mosquito Coordinator, and ultimately Service Supervisor.

Proven Leadership and Client Focus

In 2018, Joe stepped up to lead our Cleveland District as its manager. During his tenure, he successfully drove the growth of both our Steubenville and Cleveland locations. Most recently, Joe took on the monumental task of integrating the Rose Cleveland office with the Central Exterminating Cleveland North office, merging them into one cohesive, high-performing unit. Through every challenge and new role, Joe has consistently kept service quality and the client experience at the absolute forefront of his work.

Returning to Saginaw

Joe will continue to guide the Cleveland District through the end of the year before officially transitioning back to the Saginaw area this January. We could not be more excited to welcome him back to his roots in Saginaw, where his deep industry knowledge and passion for our clients will continue to drive our mission forward.

Please join us in congratulating Joe on this well-deserved promotion!
