Rose Pest Solutions Team Members Appointed to NPMA Committees

Rose Pest Solutions is proud to announce the continued involvement of several of its team members in leadership roles within the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) for the 2025–2026 term. These appointments reflect Rose’s long-standing commitment to advancing the industry through innovation, education, public policy, and workforce development.

The following Rose team members will be serving in these NPMA positions:
- James Ives, President – P3 Steering Committee Member
- Bill Welsh, Executive Vice President of Operations and Strategic Initiatives – Public Policy Committee Member – Workforce Development Steering Committee Member
- Jeff Ives, Vice President of Operations and Technology Integration – NPMA Board of Directors – Business Innovations Committee – Board Representative – Nominating Committee Member
- Mark VanderWerp, Manager of Education & Training – Technical Committee Member
These appointments allow Rose employees to work alongside other leaders across the country, bringing practical experience and thoughtful insight to help tackle industry challenges, shape policies, and support the development of the next generation of pest management professionals.
