The Sentricon® Termite Colony Elimination System, provides property protection through a three-step process: 1) detection of termites 2)elimination of termite colonies and 3) preventive protection against re-infestation by regular monitoring by your Rose Technician for new termite Your Rose Technician installs inconspicuous Sentricon ® stations in the soil around the perimeter of your structure. These devices are routinely examined by your Rose Technician for signs of termite infestation. When the monitoring devices show significant termite activity, they are replaced with a Baitube™ device containing termite bait. As the colony feeds on the bait, they are eliminated. After the elimination of the colony, the Baitube™ devices are removed and monitoring sticks are replaced in the stations. This approach involves no chemical application to the soil or your structure. There is no indoor drilling of floors required with this strategy. Flooring and other structural elements will be left undisturbed. After eliminating attacking colonies, your Rose Technician will continuously monitor the monitoring stations to insure that your home is protected against future invasions.
