Stinging Insect Service

Dominulus wasps. Most people wouldn't care to get this close
to them!
Wasps and bees are opportunistic in
their choice of nesting areas. They tend to locate their nests inside
the walls of a home or building by entering through cracks or holes in
the outside walls. They also build their
nests in the ground, inside rodent burrows. It's easy to unknowingly
disturb a nest with something as simple as mowing the lawn.
As a homeowner, be aware of increased
stinging insect activity in a specific area of your home, this may be a
sign that they are living nearby. It is best to avoid these areas
if possible, because many people are allergic to bee or wasp stings,
and you might not even know it.
