Why does the Rose Home Service Program
call for three service appointments a year, rather than quarterly or monthly?
With your busy schedule, we understand
it can be difficult to set aside time to let our technician
into your home. Rose's Home Service Program covers a year's time period, so we
schedule three services at regular intervals to
provide you a pest-free environment year-round, minimizing the occasions
for emergency calls. But, whether you
keep the regular service schedule or not, we are only a phone call away
whenever you need us.
I travel south for several months
each winter. What should I do about my scheduled winter service appointment?
Many of our clients travel out of the area at various times
of the year and may be unable to provide entry for service at the regularly
scheduled time. In these cases, simply call to reschedule
that service earlier or later, at a time when you are available. If
we do not hear from you and arrive for your service at a time when you
are not present, we will do whatever exterior work is appropriate for
the season, leave you a report of findings and work performed, and await
your call to schedule the interior inspection and preventive work.
What are my payment options?
At each anniversary, we offer you two payment options:
1) Annual payment
in advance, for which you receive a 5% discount, or
2) Three equal installment
payments spread throughout the year.
By staying current on these installment
payments, regardless of schedule adjustments, you enable us to keep
offering the savings inherent in our annual Home Service Program, keep
your pest protection uninterrupted, and keep the availability of discounted
prices for other services you might want (such as stinging insect services
or wildlife removal) which are outside of the regular scope of our Home
Service Program.
